8.0Good location, 2 km from the city center but easy to go with motorbike or taxi (grab), the room is a good size and big toilet (with hot water shower)

1.0SCAM!!!! The guesthouse booking in Booking.com are SCAM! We got SCAM on 26/1-29/1 bookings for 6 rooms and payment must be made few days before check in. We are family of 11 travelling to Bukit Tinggi with the elderly and small children. It is so frustrating and dissappointing that we got SCAM using Booking.com to book the guesthouse. The guesthouse informed there are no bookings for 6 rooms and they don’t advertised in Booking.com. The owner refused to write in letter to confirm that we got SCAM and no bookings under our name. Why did you refuse to write in? Are you part of it? Or someone or your own staff did this? Even their IG we contacted they said it is not theirs! Complaint done with Booking.com but no action taken and not even replying after we have informed about the situation!!!! And this property is still here in Booking.com. We do not permit the money taken from us! Kami tak halalkan duit yang duit yang diambil dari kami!!!!
