We had the most perfect stay at Casa Arena. Sandy was super friendly and helpful and sorted out our diving, making it a stress free and enjoyable trip. The house is spotlessly clean, quiet and modern. I would absolutely recommend Sandys house to anyone. Its within walking distance to some great restaurants too.

Beautiful tranquil location. Just on the edge of town surrounded by jungle and nature. Beautifully decorated and with every thought put in to guest comfort. The outside pool area and garden are so peaceful and beautiful. It’s a real oasis set up with everything you need. Sandy & Mau are the perfect host, so kind and so helpful. Assisted me with everything I needed. I will definitely be back Thank you Sandy & Mau ❤️

Wonderful holiday home with private pool

Casa Arena Cozumel is located south of San Miguel center in a quiet side street. The holiday home is very spacious, modern, and wonderfully decorated. The pictures completely reflect the rooms and facilities advertised. Sandy is lovely and was always available to answer our questions or provide information for tours. The living area felt very spacious and airy. There was a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, fridge and freezer, gas stove, microwave, ...). The drinking water provided lasted our entire stay. The big sleeping room had a king-size bed with a firm but comfortable mattress. There were additional blankets and various pillows to choose from, thus we were able to have a very relaxing good night’s sleep. There was enough closet space to fully unpack two big backpacks. Both rooms were very bright as there are big glass patio doors that face the pool. We appreciated the screen doors that allowed fresh air in while keeping any insects out. The curtains fully darken the rooms allowing for proper sleep during night and early morning hours. The air conditioning was very effective in cooling the rooms; a quite sleep mode is available. The modern bathroom had a wash basin, toilet and a walk-in rain shower. The patio and the pool were our absolute highlight: a wonderful place to relax, and to enjoy the sun. This area felt very private and there were iguana and a lot of birds stopping by. Overall, we loved our time at Casa Arena Cozumel as we felt truly at home.

− - There could be some more plates and glasses. - Thee umbrella at the patio table allows for a certain amount of shade but depending on the time during the day the shade was quite limiting to where one could sit. We recommend adding a sun sail between the house and the wall to provide more shade during the day (if needed). - There was no hair dryer (?) - The holiday home is a bit far from the San Miguel center to walk. A car will be an advantage to buy groceries, and to move around the island.

A casa é muito confortável. Fica um pouco mais afastada do centro - você precisará de mototáxi -, mas a uns 15 ou 20min caminhando até o píer de onde sai o barco da Scuba Mau, empresa de mergulho dos proprietários da acomodação (altamente recomendada, aliás!)

− A água quente para o banho acaba rapidamente, isso poderia ser melhorado.
