1.0The location was good, booking was easy the price was right, and they had Netflix.
− We entered the unit and is was hot an muggy, it smelled kind of stale. Cleanliness at a glance was less then average, which prompted me to lift a couch cushion. Loads of food crumbs and such under the cushions. The noise upstairs was typical of a family with children running around and singing and banging and such, but I did not sign up for that. I sat for 2 hours watching netflix with my husband while scrolling my phone for another place to stay. Successfully we found one in Brantford. I messaged the property when I left with no response. I reached out again by text on the following Monday with no response. Very disappointing.
Pleasant enough with property clean but in need of some updating.
