schöne ruhige Wohnung in toller Lage direkt am Fluss! TOP!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist absolut ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet, Besonders toll war aber die Lage: Im Grünen (fast wie auf den Dorf) nur ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt und wunderschön direkt am Ticino! Vom kleinen Balkon des Schlafzimmers hatte man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf Fluss und Stadt auf der anderen Seite, kann abends noch sehr schön mit einem Glas in der Hand am Ticino chillen. Der Weg zur Stadt geht direkt auf einer sehr ruhigen Straße am Fluss entlang bis zur überdachten Brücke. Kostenlose Parkplätze haben wir problemlos in unmittelbarer Nähe gefunden. An- und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert,

STUPENDA LA POSIZIONE LUNGO TICINO, DOVE LA TRANQUILLITA' LA FA DA PADRONE MA AL CONTEMPO DAL PONTE COPERTO SI è SUBITO IN CENTRO; A POCHI PASSI ANCHE UN SUPERMERCATO , POSTA, TABACCHI E BAR

− LA PULIZIA NON è STATA IL MASSIMO E AVREI VOLUTO TROVARE ALMENO UNA BOTTIGLIETTA DI ACQUA, E DEL CAFFE'

Lage am Fluss mit Sicht auf alte Brücke sehr schön.Einrichtungsgestaltung z.T. künstlerisch,auch funktional. Heizung war jetzt,Ende Oktober an. Restaurant gleich nebenan mit sehr guter und landestypischen Küche, und schönem Gastraum. Familienbetrieb,handgemachte,sehr schmackhafte Pasta. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge mit Hund direkt ab Appartement am Fluss entlang unternehmen.

− Der Schlüssel zum Tor funktioniert schlecht,manchmal erst nach Minutenlangen Versuchen..Ist am Abend in der Dunkelheit störend.Es fehlen Föhn und Küchentücher.

Struttura ampia, ben tenuta, posizione ottima!

− C'è stato un problema con le chiavi per l'apertura del cancello esterno in quanto non riuscivamo ad aprire. Abbiamo contattato il proprietario che è stato pronto e disponibile e ci ha dato indicazioni su come fare, ma visto che il problema probabilmente è noto, avrei ritenuto più opportuno darcele già in precedenza determinate indicazioni su come aprire. Anche perché se fosse successo in tarda serata non sarebbe stato carino trovarsi fuori ad asepttare e magari anche il suo intervento non sarebbe stato altrettanto veloce. Mancava anche il riduttore per attaccare l'asciugacapelli, che mi sembra essenziale!

Appartamento abbastanza spazioso. Carina la vista sul lungo Ticino.

− Fornitura insufficiente di asciugamani (1 a persona) e di coperte. Appartamento freddo, non è stato possibile attivare il riscaldamento o accendere il condizionamento (il termostato è bloccato, il telecomando del condizionatore tenuto sotto chiave). Non sono presenti sacchetti nonostante si sia caldamente invitati a fare la raccolta differenziata. Il problema dell'apertura del cancello di ingresso è nota da tempo ma non risolta. Ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie ma non sono presenti neanche quantità minime di detersivo. La doccia presenta diversi segni di muffa e calcare. L'accoglienza è tutt'altro che calorosa: l'host si è limitato a fornire le informazioni di base sul self check-in senza preoccuparsi di essere di supporto; il divano letto te lo devi montare in autonomia; sarebbe stato carino avere almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in omaggio. Il parcheggio non è agevole e la posizione è ben lontana dal centro.
