8.0La situation a egale distance de Picton et de Havelock ,la proximité du Queen Charlotte Track. Le jardin a l arrière de la maison avec les arbres fruitiers et les oiseaux
− La maison et toutes les pièces a vivre son très proche de la route. Il y a eu beaucoup de passage lors du week-end end. Il n est pas mentionné non plus qu il y a un studio également à louer attenant à un garage juste a l arrière de la maison qui partage le jardin .
