Four enjoyable days

The house was very spacious and well maintained with good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and nice to work in. The combi boiler provided hot water very quickly. All the rooms were spacious and well furnished.

− The paved area in the back garden was in need of refurbishment, some of the slabs were loose and a bit uneven.

Regrettably unclean

The house was a 20 minute walk to the beach/ harbour which was lovely. The house was also nice and spacious.

− The house was unfortunately unclean which made the stay very uncomfortable. The hallway carpet was dirty, the sofa smelt of dog and had animal hair, grass and crisps on. The windows were dirty, and the kitchen and bathroom bins hadn't been fully emptied. The oven was dirty with burned on food, as were the oven trays which I unfortunately had to clean myself to be able to cook. The outdoor storage containing the washing machine had many bin bags inside and attracted flies which entered the home when opening the back door. They unfortunately lingered in the living room and as the windows in there did not open, I couldn't remove them. It made for very uncomfortable evenings in the living room, with flies landing on food in there and the kitchen, meaning it had to be thrown away. I contacted the host around 2 hours after arriving querying whether a cleaner could attend the following morning to resolve the main ssues and unfortunately i was told this was not possible, which was disappointing. Aside from that, things to note are that the main road is rather noisy, so if you arent a heavy sleeper it would disturb the sleep for those in one double bedroom and the room with the bunk beds.

Spacious house, good location. Not far away from centre

− Recycling was still in back garden Lawns needed mowing Gate into back garden was very handy but needs some maintenance

Everything this place is amazing First class to the owners of this property. Clean and excellent through out, couldn't fault it fantastic.
