− Advertised property does not meet the photos. The window shutter was broken on arrival and flat has no AC this led to no fresh airflow from main window and 2 kids being sick due to heat. I took property as it’s next to family residency. I was appalled by standards - no prior cleaning done and property not checked. Dust on dining table lamp falling into dinner plates. Cooking pan with holes. No kettle to quickly heat water. Someone’s dirty earbuds left. Asked for parking details 3 times before arrival and was promised to get on arrival where they gave me wrong parking details leading to not needed argument with another resident. They clearly did this for last 4 years as per his advise. The manager in charge was rudest person I have met in life instead of apology and listening told me to enjoy the holidays and focus on holidays. Forgetting that property forms part of my holidays and advised that I’m lucky to get bedsheets as others don’t give them. Then started explaining about her own holidays to luxury resorts. The property is worn out and not maintained. No cleaner was sent to fix cleaning issues. The broken shutter was result of not checking their previous check out video. The manager was brave enough to prove me I’m wrong and showed their check out video where it was visible damage and they did not fix it before us coming to use space. I wish I gad reviewed their feedback on all platforms as it’s consistent bad reviews for same issues. I came with 2 kids and could not leave so was stuck to use the space. But it’s not worth the money as it does not match the photos of what you are promised. To add to this the staff manager is agresive and rude and talks over constantly and patronising. As a basic should have sent a cleaner or waived cleaning fees not to mention that all property is falling apart.
