− A BBQ would be good. Also to refurbish the outside swing.

8.0The property was large enough for us. Lovely Location. The second kitchen, it worked as a drinks bar.
− More comfortable outdoor furniture. Needs a good spring clean, window ledges, pantry, some mold in showers. Towels from last person left in grey baskets in main ensuite.

− No fly screens, so couldn't have doors open for natural air to circulate the home, and protect from bugs
Had a great time and the house comfortably for 5 adults and a baby
9.0This was a great house with plenty of room for a large family and plenty of toys for the kids and babies Beautiful setting in Warburton next to the Yarra river Loved the birds coming to the porch waiting for food
