The Island itself

− We booked and paid for 7 nights. On the sixth night, the host himself changed the booking to 2 nights. He withheld €500 in cash to avoid paying taxes, so we paid more. After that, there was no response whatsoever.

Scam and Fraud. Horrible - DO NOT BOOK

The experience was terrible. I do not recommend this accommodation. The manager , Denis , is dishonest and scams guests. We were asked to provide a cash security deposit on arrival that was not communicated. In advance, nor returned.

− On arrival we found cockroaches in the beds & in the room. The hot water in the shower was scathing and caused burns, the proposed sofa bed, which was an additional 30 euro charge per day, was actually a large wooden box; however the most distressing part of this experience , was the SCAM and FRAUDULENT activity of the manager, Denis. DO NOT RENT this place. Upon arrival he requested a 500 euro security deposit per apartment, in addition to 200 euros for late check in, for the 2 apartments we rented, DESPITE informing him days in advance of our arrival time. These fees were not communicated and we were advised they would be RETURNED on departure. All of this, was confirmed in writing. Despite multiple attempts to contact him prior to departure to arrange the refund, Denis did not respond. I resorted to contacting Booking.com for help on 29/7/25, on the phone for 44 mins. I have since discovered numerous similar complaints dating back to August 2024, which is incredibly disappointing as this is NOT an isolated incident and clearly an SCAM. Historical negative Booking.com reviews also appear to have been removed, which is very disturbing and there has also been fraudulent activity and communications within the Booking.com chat, which is apparently secure. Denis is now claiming there were damages which is a LIE and fraud. STAY AWAY from this place.

Romantic Getaway

"This was the perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway. Dennis created such a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The lovely sea view and the beach across the property were highlights, and the scenic views were breathtaking. Highly recommend for couples!"

Position and sea view. Large room with many accessories for the kitchen. Nice small terrace. Both ceiling fan and air conditioning available. Free parking.

− Need for 500€ cash security deposit (anyway immediately refounded the same day of check out) .Some details of the bathroom could be renewed. Although quite common in Greece, the inability to flush toilet paper is annoying.

"Our family had a fantastic time here. The apartment was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely sea view. Dennis even provided a late checkout, which made our stay so much easier. We can't wait to come back!"
