It was the most unpleasant experience. In fact I should be compensated.
1.0Even after giving confirmation of my booking, the service apartment did not honour my confirmed booking. There was no communication about non availability. When I insisted about their goofing they arranged one non a/c room without hot water facilities. I was put to lot of discomfort and harassment.
