-Casa bem equipada. -ar condicionado em todas as divisões. -televisão todos os quartos e cozinha. -camas confortáveis. -oferta de voucher de 15euros do pequeno almoço na porta do apartamento.

− -escadaria de acesso ao apartamento muito perigosa, não é possível colocar um pé com apoio completo nos degraus. -ouve-se o simples caminhar do vizinho em cima, parece que o teto vai cair. -internet muito fraca, está sempre a falhar. -falta de pressão de água para tomar banho. -ouve-se um pouco o comboio a passar. -o ral do quarto de banho de suite estava intupido com cabelos.

− The stairs in the building are very narrow and steep, not suitable for the elderly and children. It is especially easy to fall. The WIFI signal is very poor, almost no signal in the kitchen and other two rooms, we can only use our data service for work and entertainment. The most important thing is that the walls are very weak and the sound insulation is very poor. Every step taken by the people upstairs, the entire ceiling will vibrate. We were so noisy that we couldn't sleep until 3 am, and even the elderly who were traveling with us had extremely uncomfortable hearts due to such vibrations and noise, and needed to take medicine to relieve it. There is a construction team behind the building, and they will start working by playing music at 7 am. In front of the building is directly facing the street and train tracks. You will be woken up on time by the noise of passing trains and cars because the sound insulation of the house is very poor. We originally booked a three-night trip, but we had to flee in a hurry after spending the first night. The customer service is very inefficient. We consulted about the check-in procedures the day before check-in, but were not told to fill out the online check-in registration form until noon on the day of check-in. After we completed the form at 12 noon, we still did not receive the check-in code. We arrived at the hostel at 19:00 pm and waited for another hour before receiving the check-in code.

Alojamento objecto de remodelação recente em óptimo estado, confortável e funcional. Bem equipado reune condições para uma estadia agradável.

− As escadas de acesso ao alojamento situado no 1° andar são um pouco apertadas necessitando de um corrimão do lado direito quando se sobe visto ser o lado preferencial a utilizar por questões de segurança. Além disso a internet deixa muito a desejar com a perda constante de sinal (foi pedido à propietária a resolução do problema mas durante a estadia tal não aconteceu). Ausência de máquina de lavar loiça.
