Good size house and great location.
7.0It was the right size for us and very near to our Tournament venue.
− The house is a little tired. The carpet all round needs replacing. It was very badly marked everywhere. The kitchen sink was very discoloured The sheets on one of the beds were burnt. Instructions for the TV need to be provided.

Laundry facilities and free use of laundry powder and softener Everything you would normally by when travelling was available
− Air con in master bedroom upstairs was fluctuating alot. Preferred to be cold but kept switching on and off

8.0I appreciate the coziness of the house, lots of windows for natural sun light, airflow, and 2.5 bathrooms so plenty of comfort for a group or family. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and crockery as one expects. The location is awesome, with beach access just across the street.
