− The bathroom was remodeled but the shower curtain was too short so the water was running out of the shower.

Out of the two months I’ve been on the road. This is by far my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed.
10.0Everything about the room was great was like a dorm style, but very quaint and cozy
− I had no complaints about the hotel itself. It was more so of the people wanting to play music late night.
The stay was fine, customer service needs to be much better.

− The desk clerk was very negative and tried to be a bully. She changed my reservation rate and was very racist and I’m an older white man, the things she said about how black people ruin the motel and make noise was over the top! I have no idea how she is able to run this place! I really felt like I was being interrogated when she asked me questions about smoking and dogs, which I don’t smoke or have a dog and she said that’s what they all say when I told her I didn’t do either. I stayed there about a month ago and I felt the same way but I did not answer the questionnaire! She definitely needs to be reprimanded due to her lack of professionalism. My stay was fine but dealing with her at check-in was another thing. Thanks…
