6.0Já estivemos outras vêzes no hotel e estava melhor do que hoje. Algumas áreas do hotel parece estar abandonado (largado), com poucos funcionários, porém atenciosos. No geral a impressão que se tem e que o local infelizmente vai fechar, apesar de possuir uma área instalada e verde muito bonita. Desejo muita boa sorte para os investidores e que Deus os abençoe.

2.0Hotel sucateado, tv não funciona, piscina não é aquecida, comida razoável. Não recomendo, estrutura sem manutenção!!!!

6.0Local muito lindo, mas falta manutenção. Alguns espaços abandonados, sala de jogos precária, ar frio, sem ar quente no quarto e sem controle remoto. Na hora do café da manhã, duas vezes faltou café

6.0No apartamento de luxo que ficamos faltou um ar quente pois o quarto é grande e bem gelado, tb falta ducha higienica. Dessa vez sem variedade no almoço e jantar, repetindo mistura nos três dias. Café da manhã muito bom. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos.
Bom, mas poderia ser bem melhor
6.0O lugar é muito bonito, tudo limpo, funcionários educados. Mas paguei 450,00, por um quarto com uma só tomada, TV que não funcionou em nenhum momento (alegaram problemas na operadora, mas estava com cara de falta de pagamento). Pedimos um café e um lanche, mas não atenderam, porque fizeram um jantar junino a 89,00, portanto, todas as atenções foram para o evento, quem não participou, como eu, passou fome, precisei rodar 30 minutos para comer. O café da manhã é bom, mas achei que tem muito doce. Acho que o paguei caro, pelo que ofereceram, principalmente porque a diferença de outros dias é significativa. É a primeira vez que uso o Hotel.com, e provavelmente será a última. Na saída, ainda fui questionado se paguei o total, alegaram erro no sistema da Hotel.com
