− Stairs. My Mom had difficulty getting upstairs. This I did not anticipate as i assumed this was a ground floor apartment .

− Perceived rules, heating needs attention, hand rails up the stairs unsafe I wounded my hand,bathroom cleaning and refreshments. Not enough extra blankets

10.0The little things they added like there were some chocolates on our bed. A vase with wine in it. The little things make it all the more special
− Its freezing cold in that loft, I don't know what its like in summer, but come prepared
