− Falta de mantenimiento. Fuga de agua en un baño. Deficiente estanqueidad de la ventana del balcón que posibilita un exceso de ruido en la noche. Enchufes mal instalados. Escasa lista de canales en la TV. Ruter wiffi mal instalado, tirado en el suelo.
