10.0A beautiful establishment and the host couldn’t do enough for us. Decor was immaculate and the room was very comfy. Large choice of breakfast options too. We would happily stop again and recommend to anyone stopping in the area.
Excellent accommodation
10.0Jean Pierre was the perfect host. Very stylish accommodation with every comfort. Plenty of options for breakfast to help yourself to as well as a cooked breakfast. Our first trip to the island for many years and this was a great spot to explore the many places it has to offer. It is positioned off the main road and it was quiet. Well done 😀

10.0Simply wow! This is a fantastic guest house! I booked for room only, however, there was still a continental breakfast free of charge which was a lovely surprise. The welcome from the proprietor was genuine, kind and friendly. The place is modern in decor and absolutely spotless throughout. It felt more like a 5 star hotel and included great personal touches. The bathroom was huge and had everything I needed with some quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion from the Scottish Fine Soaps company. The bed and pillows were amazing for comfort and I just sank into a fabulous sleep there. The location is ideal for being a few minutes drive from Yarmouth ferry terminal, near the sea and a short drive to the shops in Freshwater. It is obvious that much thought has gone into creating a wonderfully comfortable stay away from home. There are a few different types of tea and coffee available in the room and fresh milk in a small fridge on the landing conveniently outside some of the rooms. It is permissible to order a take away if so desired and eat it in the dining room.

9.0JP & Sarah immediately made us feel "at home" in their B&B. Their B&B is located on a quiet street within walking distance of Totland Bay and is an ideal base for visiting the west and south of the Isle of Wight. Everything has been renovated with exceptional taste, including a few personal touches. The bathroom is particularly luxurious, and here too, attention has been paid to the smallest detail. The full English breakfast is delicious. You can also use the breakfast room for takeaway, which is convenient. JP & Sarah are super sweet people who want to ensure their guests have a pleasant and carefree stay. Highly recommended!
