10.0Everything is great. The location is great. It's in the city center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's one kilometer from the bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and there's no odor. The landlord is very nice, warm and friendly. There's a kitchen available, and three toilets are very convenient. Other guests are not noisy at all. Everything is very good, perfect.
