− Quando chegamos o valor estava divergente do feito no momento da reserva. E não tinha quarto liberado as 15h que era o horário para liberar

5.0Atenção dos funcionários, tive problemas no primeiro quarto e fui prontamente atendimento para mudar de quarto.
− A cada hospedagem o hotel vem decaindo de nível, no primeiro quarto tive problemas com o chuveiro esfriando e esquentando a água, no segundo quarto o problema foi a água esquentando sem controle algum. Toalhas muito finas e duras, precisam urgente de substituição. Estacionamento terceirizado não consegue dar vazão aos carros do Novotel e Ibis, espera longa para deixar e retirar o carro além de diversos problemas com o sistema da terceirizada, em determinada ocasião ao ponto de falarem que o carro não estava no estacionamento e que não teria sido entregue. A gerência do hotel deveria dar mais atenção ao serviço ao invés de totalizar a culpa aos terceiros.
