Günstig aber braucht dringend ein Makeover
7.0Einfach zu buchen & finden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Im Vergleich sehr preiswert.
− Wir waren schon im Dez. 2023 in der Casa Nero, damals über ABnB als Gabriel noch den Friseur Salon darunter Betrieb. Da war alles neu und pico-bello. Jetzt 3 Jahre später ist alles wie damals, nur eben komplett runtergerockt. Matratzen durchgelegen, Duscharmaturen lose, Wände könnten gestrichen werden und die Fenster schließen so gut wie nicht... Es sollte also dringend mal reinvestiert werden! Hier eine kleine Todo liste: Einmal Wände grundreinigen/streichen. Matratzen neu, Armaturen neu, 3x Nachttischlampen und einen weiteren Spiegel (alles günstig bei Ikea), Fenster einstellen lassen und bei der aktuellen Wetterentwicklung wäre eine Klimaanlage der absolute Traum und würde eine Mieterhöhung rechtfertigen - denn bei 35°C ist die Wohnung ein Backofen. Im Winter ist sie dafür kalt, denn zwei elektro Heizkörper sollen die nicht voll funktionierende Heizung unterstützen.

7.0The apartment was clean, spacious, and overall well maintained.
− However, during our stay the outside temperature was around +38°C, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan, o even they coul leave cold water in the fridge. It was almost impossible to stay inside because of the heat. The hosts should take this into consideration in the future, as providing at least a fan would make a huge difference for guests. Another disappointing point was that the hosts did not respond to any of our messages during our stay, which made communication very frustrating.
