9.0C'est le seul hôtel lodge à l'intérieur du parc ( aller à l'accueil du parc pour votre chambre) , très bon compromis prix et confort, entre le Marriot et les homestay. Endroit bien tenu et propre, jolis lodge dans la jungle, petit déjeuner correct. Restaurant correct.
A pleasant stay
7.0Basic but comfortable room in a great location in the park. The park is terrific with lots of trails and several tours you can take. Breakfast as basic but OK, and Nasi Lemak was good. Umobile SIM worked well, and the wifi in Garden cafe just outside the park was excellent.
− Some of the staff are helpful, but many others, especially in the cafe, are surly and uninterested. A smile and a bit of customer service would go a long way. The burger was awful. Goodness knows what it was made of, as it was a neon pink. It would be useful if, when you arrive, the person handling your check-in were more helpful. I travel solo, and it wasn't helpful to be handed a map of a truly vast park without being told that the routes are all boardwalks and well marked. I had no clue from the map how to find the various routes and was worried I'd get lost. I had to drag the info out of the guy. Despite putting the Do Not Disturb sign on my door on day one, housekeeping went into the room. They'd definitely seen the sign as they put it inside the room when they'd finished. Stupidly, they opened the windows and left them open, so I returned to mosquitoes.
We enjoyed every minute.

7.0We stayed in the long house with private bathroom and toilet. This is a national park not a 4 or 5 star hotel accommodation so it is necessary to manage expectations. All basic needs are met. Laundry service is available and very affordable. Hair dryer is available too, request from park office.
− i remind myself this is a national park. so i need to share my living space with all the insects around the park. No TV and Internet connection depends on luck. sometimes the connection in the middle of the forest is better than the room. food at the cafe is sufficient to feed you but nothing to shout about.
