Highley recommended, a fantastic hotel resort
10.0A beautiful and spacious hotel resort with lovely, clean rooms. The buffet is excellent, although a little overpriced. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the pool is beautiful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We felt very comfortable. A special thank you to Amar from the café for his exceptional kindness and warm hospitality!

9.0Wonderful resort. Staff extremely friendly, service was great, room spacious and luxurious. Roaming the grounds was great and the experience was overall extremely relaxing.
− Food was a bit pricey and the restaurant food, though well designed, wasn't as good as the buffet restaurant. Also, was a bit bummed by not having where to run (a gym would have been perfect!).

10.0Our stay was amazing I think we actually seen more wild life around the grounds of the property than we dis on the safari. Staff are very friendly rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Food, stay, safari trip to yala were good. But the very unpleasant situation at the end
1.0It was good. Had variety of food items.
− The reception staff incorrectly billed me $356 instead of the $303 originally agreed with booking.com My name was shown as a No show!!! When the check in was done, my passport and name was matched. But when it came to checkout time, I was included with another booking of a group member and charged higher rate on that family member's credit card. Now i have to pay $356 to the other family member. Totally unacceptable customer service!!! Will never visit this hotel ever again. When i tried to explain they wouldn't listen and insisted on the payment of $356. Please refund $53 overcharge. If you need to talk or email, I can explain the situation.
