10.0We liked hearing the history of the building and who lived there. I would suggest a little booklet on the history, who lived there, and knowing who started Buffalo Trace.

6.0Reserved a room with a queen bed, was put into a room with a full size bed. Not much different, but not what I reserved. Guests should not have to check out online. Completely unnecessary. Bar tender Kevin was excellent. Very much NOT accommodating when asking to extended checkout by 20-30 minutes since we wanted to eat brunch at your property. Host seating guests in restaurant shrugged and said call the front desk to ask about extending our stay. How about just handling it and notifying the hotel yourself? I shouldn't have to do more work after asking a staff member - restaurant or not. Its all the same property. We had dogs in the room and didn't want them locked in if we stayed past 11AM. Getting the runaround when asking a simple request is ridiculous.
