functional and practical one night stay.
5.0It suited me for my needs for one night. Great that I was able to have use of a washing machine, and super location for walking access to the playa San Juanillo and Cocos restaurant. The host was very helpful and friendly.
− The layout of the property was quirky. I felt less like home and more like a functional bed for the night. As I say, it suited my needs for the night.

Charming place. lovely beach
8.0Ah it's a quirky charming place.. very easy to stay there. Two minutes walk to a lovely beach. it's $60 cab fare from Nosara airport so it's worth organising transport beforehand. Lovely balcony..

8.0The house is very cute and spacious. The host is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant next door is good and reasonable. Great local beach within walking distance. Kitchen is equipped for simple meals. Washing machine is available, just be prepared that it does take clothes a long time to dry. This is a fabulous off the beaten path place! You will get a more local experience than at a hotel.
− There were a lot of ants, but it is Costa Rica, so bugs are abundant. There is no fan downstairs and because the patio opens directly to the stairs, it was not comfortable to sit in the living/kitchen area. The road in is very bad, but that just added to the experience.
