Very cold outside and pretty cold inside. Not a good place to stay when weather is cooler out.

− The house never got warmer than 62 while the thermostat was set to 74. It was a rather cold evening and keeping warm wasn’t happening for us. At that point I wished I had a hotel instead of a house.

Gave them a chance to make it right. They didn't. Won't rent again. Worst part is, they've known about the r

− Missing light bulbs/the only one bulb that was there not working in twin bedroom, rodent droppings in at least 4 bedrooms and closet, tarp on roof, finger nail and toothbrush under bed of kingsize bedroom, shower head and shower unusable in downstairs bathroom, no spare towels/pillows/sheets, used kids underwear in upstairs closet, dirty black shirt in upstairs restroom, mulch bags blocking handicap ramp to hide the rotting wood on the house, two trash bags for 4 days, pest scratching in walls at night, maintenance request and pest control requests left unanswered. No shower head in guest bathroom.
