Very enjoyable. The house was comfortable, well located with easy access to Durham, Newcastel and Beamish. We all had a

Great value for money. Clean and comfortable (also warm despite the chilly spring weather). Good, and relatively new facilities and all in working order.

− A dishwasher would have been good, but no big deal in our case. Slightly random, but there were two lamps in the living room, however no sockets to plug them into.
