2.0No power, no ac no wifi. Too hot to even sleep. I left the first day. I tried to ask for a partial refund but their computer wasn’t even working.

10.0The staff went above and beyond for me. The night I got there, there was no electricity. They helped me out that night. The staff may not have spoken much English, but they tried hard to make sure I knew what was going on.

2.0They filled our room and turned us away even though we already had a paid reservation. After arguing, they put us up in an uncomfortable hotel next door.
