10.0El apartamento es uno de los primeros construidos dentro de la urbanización y marina, se encuentra renovado y se ubica al frente de casas unifamiliares con embarcadero propio cerca de comercios y zonas de ocio, posee dos camas grandes, una en el dormitorio h otra en la sala de estar que sirve como comedor y consta de todo lo necesario para cocinar e incluso lavar durante la estancia. Las vistas son preciosas y posee de un pequeño balcón muy agradable para compartir en la noche discretamente. Hay normas de respeto de horarios por lo que al menos nosotros notamos un ambiente respetuoso con ruidos y el descanso. La calle de acceso además cuenta con la posibilidad de embarcadero temporal público. El acceso y salida es completamente autónomo y el propietario se mostró en todo momento al tanto por si requeríamos de ayuda adicional. Se dispone de un gran televisor y tuvimos el despiste de olvidarnos el control del chromecast que llevábamos pero el propietario nos hizo el favor de remitírnoslo sin problemas. Muy contentos y agradecidos.
