Nice place but needs to step up
7.0Room was ready and clean at check in. Greeted by cleaner as we were leaving and he thanked us and gave us bottles of water on our way to the elevator.
− Your hotel is well off the main populated area and in 2026 with more electric vehicles, you need to have charging stations on property. Having to travel to a Tesla charging station, when many cars cannot use the Tesla system, is very inconvenient. Other charging stations are too far away

− There is no pool at the Alder. If you want to eat later in the night you have to walk to the main hotel.
Nice hotel, but things are going downhill unfortunately
6.0This is a new hotel but after two or three years, I find that it has deteriorated a little bit. It's hard to explain, but I definitely after two years I see a downward trend.
− I expected my room to be cleaned after the first day. Nothing was done. Also, when I asked for more Coffey, which should've been replaced, it took forever for them to bring it up quite late at night. I don't know some of the staff really seemed disinterested and didn't really want to be around there. I don't think I'm gonna go back there again.
