1.0− Acest mesaj este adresat în primul rând proprietarilor. Un apartament închiriat nu trebuie să fie perfect, dar trebuie să fie curat și să ofere condiții decente de odihnă. Din păcate, apartamentul era murdar. Prosoapele aveau pete de fond de ten, iar eu am fost nevoită să cumpăr clor si detergent să le spăl înainte de a le putea folosi. Cea mai mare problemă au fost însă saltelele. Erau pătate de urină, foarte uzate, cu arcurile distruse. Timp de patru nopți aproape că nu am dormit deloc. Am ajuns să cumpăr toppere din banii mei doar pentru a putea sta întinși fără dureri. O saltea curată și confortabilă, prosoape curate și un apartament bine igienizat sunt lucruri de bază, nu un lux. Sper sincer să luați această recenzie ca pe un semnal de alarmă și să investiți în condițiile oferite. Apartamentul are potențial, dar în forma în care l-am găsit nu pot să îl recomand!

9.0Számunkra ideális volt az elhelyezkedése a szállásnak, közel volt bolt, fagyizó, pizzéria, az Oradea Arena. A két fürdőszoba sokat adott a kényelemhez. A szobák tágasak, világosak, egymástól távollévők voltak. Jól esett szállásadó kedvessége, hogy vízzet, süteményt, kávét készített be nekünk.
− Sajnos a kávéfőző nem működött, a szobákon el kelt volna még egy sötétítő függöny.
