10.0Great little bungalow in a very quiet location only a few miles to downtown Hot Springs. Mary was a great host very informative and willing to give recommendations on things to do and places to eat.
Near the Gardens
8.0Comfortable and well appointed and stocked. Close to Garvin Gardens.
− Ac's were loud and though billed as smoke free, a strong cigarette ash smell greeted us. Glad the owner had some Odor Ban on hand. It helped neutralize the odor. That said, with the limited inventory in the area, we would definitely stay again.

5.0Doors and windows left unlocked upon arrival which as a solo female traveler is very unsettling after the host had asked multiple times if I was travelling alone. I believe the questions to be coincidental to the open entrances but it definitely had my guard up. While the property itself lived up to the photos, the surrounding area is not one I would choose to stay in and would not have booked the property had the neighboring properties been more visible in photos. Overall ok experience but definitely stressful and would not return. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive on a positive note.
