Disappointing and not worth the money. I won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.
3.0Location was good, I was told there was parking outside the front of the property. There wasn’t only a car park over the road which was expensive.
− No lights to the stairs to access the back of the property. Smell of smoke in the front bedroom, shower was a dribble, the kettle wouldn’t stay on without holding it down, the curtains were all hanging on by a thread. The kitchen blinds were old and dented. Mold around the property, paint flaking off in the bathroom, very tired sofas not very comfortable, one bed was hard the other way too soft. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending.

Great Location, property itself let it down.
5.0The location was great, right on the sea front with easy access to the old town, St Leonards, and Hastings High Street.
− Unfortunately the apartment itself is in need of some TLC as it was a bit run down. The window in the bathroom doesn't seem secure, the bedding smelt like damp, and the place had not been cleaned properly. There were plastic (I think cable ties) on the carpet and we found a lighter under one of the blankets on the sofa. There were stains on the living room curtain and one of the curtains in one of the bedrooms was not fully on.
