Location is fine to see touristic places

− No towels were given, Beds were worn out, smashed, and very uncomfortable. But most importantly they ruined the joy of the visiting day: asked for cash payment, although no cash accepted was written on the rules. Tried to make business out of previously agreed rules, tried to cash out one day before we leave, we had to accept and As they did not accept credit card payment, we had to go to another establishment (They took us there) and pay there and come back to native guest house Not an honest booking partner additional information: They claimed that my family did not stay there but also send me a message questionong my religion and honesty and forcing me to remove the information I have given their mesage is attached now

Absolutely new cozy hotel .The hostess Sharifa just excellent universal staff she every time ready to help us .By the way i was fasting and she early morning made me breakfast thanks a lot

Absolutely nothing.

− I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking what seemed like a great place to stay, only to find out it was a complete scam. I want to share the details of what happened, so others don’t make the same mistake. First of all, the address listed on the booking was completely wrong. This led to us walking around for half an hour around midnight trying to find the accommodation. After contacting the staff, they sent us a location via WhatsApp, but it didn’t include the full address or a link for navigation. This made it even harder to figure out where we were supposed to go. When we finally arrived, the room was in absolutely terrible condition. It stank and clearly hadn’t been ventilated in a while. The bed sheets were used and full of hair, and the same went for the towels. It was a disgusting sight. I honestly couldn’t figure out how this place had a rating of 9.4, especially with the glowing reviews I had read before booking. It didn’t take long before we realized we were at a completely different hotel than the one we had originally booked. The reviews we had seen online didn’t match the place we found ourselves in — in fact, this hotel had a whole different set of reviews that matched our experience more closely. To make matters worse, I later discovered that they have three different entries for the same hotel under different names. So, essentially, you’re looking at the same place but with misleading reviews spread across multiple listings. The conditions of the room were so bad that we ended up leaving at 2 am to find another place to sleep. It was a frustrating, exhausting, and unpleasant experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
