6.0Once inside the property was good and largely as described
− The outside of the apartment does not look very welcoming and the lights come on very late as you are walking up the stairs. We had trouble checking in and rang the host who spoke no English. The listing stated that the apartment had a washing machine which is one of the reasons we booked it but we couldn’t find it. We also couldn’t pay the tourist tax via the link sent as you need a Swiss bank account for Twint to work

5.0Das Appartment ist sehr groß und gut angebunden.
− Das versprochene (und in der City Tax enthaltene) City Ticket wurde uns trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht gegeben, das haben wir aber erst nach zwei Tagen vor Ort erfahren. Die City Tax wurde uns zwar erlassen, das ersetzt aber leider nur einen kleinen Anteil der Metrokosten. Die Kommunikation insgesamt mit der Unterkunft war sehr dürftig, es wurde im Vorhinein erst mit großer Verzögerung (wenn überhaupt) geantwortet. Wir haben etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen und baten um Rückversand (den wir natürlich selbst bezahlt hätten), aber jetzt erhalten wir gar keine Antworten mehr. Sehr schade

− Hace falta el horno microondas. Ofrecen dos camas además de la cama de la habitación principla, pero se refieren a otro sofacama. En total hay una cama doble y dos sofacamas. Hicieron falta las sábanas del segundo sofacama. No tiene aire acondicionado, tampoco lo anuncian. No tiene lavadora de ropa y sí la anuncian. No tiene lavavajillas.

− It needs air conditioning or at least one more air fan. We could not sleep at night how hot it was. The summers in Europe are now extremely hot.
