7.0Villa was beautifully appointed and the main living area and pool felt luxurious. It was impeccably clean and the cleaner was lovely and came daily. There was some water on arrival which was nice and it was easy to park in the drive way entry in front of the villa. The pool was comfortably heated and there were ample pool chairs.
− The bedroom and bathroom situation wasn’t practical. There is only one good room one level one which has an ensuite. The other room on level one is spacious and comfortable but if you need to use the bathroom you have to go down two levels to the basement and use a tiny bathroom/toilet behind the laundry for your stay. The room on level three with the best views is an attic. It has very low ceilings at the sides (where the bed and bathroom is) and the ensuite for level three is tiny and anything but luxurious. The cost is definitely not worth it because it can’t be shared fairly. The location isn’t really walkable to anything useful within 10-15mins and it’s an average residential area. To get into the heart of the old town it takes closer to 40mins. You definitely need a car. Each of the three villa is next to each other and there a few trees separate the backyard/pool from each one so there isn’t great privacy. Also on the last night we lost all water to the villa for several hours and couldn’t shower before our final dinner/night before we left to the airport and were offered no compensation despite complaining. Would not recommend stay here- try a villa in palikokastritsa for a better vibe.

9.0Lovely villa, nicely air-conditioned, great pool, all the basics provided such as dishwasher tablets, washing machines and detergent etc.
− There needs to be more privacy between the villas.

10.0very spacious and well-established spaces. Walking distance to Corfu city. Also feels very private, and the views of the bay are everything you need to relax. Host is responsive and helpful all the time :)
