Great Home in C'ville
10.0This home is very cozy and spacious, with two rooms upstairs and two on main level. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable with nice, soft linens. Nice fenced backyard for the pups, with a nice deck.
Wonderful Easter Stay! We had a fantastic time celebrating Easter at this house. The property was spacious, clean, and w

If improvements made would stay again.
5.0Had plenty of bedrooms
− The bathroom was completely outdated and had black dirt/mold all over the place. Including the over the toilet cabinet that seems to have water damage… one may wonder how is there water damage when there is nothing above it? We wondered the same thing. Linoleum floor straight out of 1970s. For 300$ a night would spend the 50$ to upgrade the 2x2 bathroom. Don’t get me started about the lack of the working electronic keypad. Complained numerous times. Kicked out every time we left. Owner thought it was operator error. Turns out it was a low battery. Either way, being locked out sucks.
Comfy older home that has been updated while maintaining its charm. Great place for family or friends traveling together
9.0The home is cozy and easy to access. We wanted something close to U Va. This was a quick ride! Our family enjoyed the boardgames! The beds are very comfortable!
− There is only one bathroom and is on the first floor. We made it work, but it was less than ideal. We had no intention to use the yard, but if you have children there is a nice size yard. Unfortunately it is completely overgrown and not practical in its current state.
Nice place for our short stay to see family nearby
9.0Easy to find, in good condition, good communication. Nice to have Kuerig coffee units.
− Driveway is very narrow but there is also parking on the street. I couldn't figure out how to use the washer / dryer combo, only wanted to dry a beach towel and it kept putting it on wash. One bathroom, but we knew that going in.
This house was a very comfortable and convenient home to stay for a long weekend
9.0This home is in a nice court with a neighborhood feel but within easy driving distance of downtown and grocery stores. The host was very attentive and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. This is a very comfortable house for a family to stay in for a short visit!
