外国資本とはいえ、日本人向けを考えてほしかった。
4.0あんな高い場所から福井市街を眺めることができてすごいと思った。 コーヒーマシーンがあり、飲み物が充実していた。 お水も沢山使えて便利だった。
− 浴室がベッドサイドにガラス窓？トイレからも丸見え。 意味がわからない。ラブホテルじゃないんだから、リラックスは感じられなかった。ブラインドもあるけど、普通に壁で良い。あと、洗面所に脱衣カゴが欲しいです。

9.0眺望がよかった。 ホテル内の和食のレストラン「福い」が味、内装、環境、おもてなし、ホスピラリティなどすべてが最高でした。特に福井の他の飲食店は接客が全般に悪いが、こちらは他地域に比べても引けを取らない対応でした。
− チェックイン時の事務対応が形式的で冷たい感じがしました。
