Amazing day lovely food just a really relaxing place can be as busy or relaxing as you like it to be
10.0This is my second time at the lodges and both times have been very clean and lovely and warm great hot tubs and amazing lodges. Everything you need will definitely come again.
− We did mention about the locks on the bedroom windows in the children’s bedroom and also it would be good if you had a children’s breakfast menu but the lady was happy that we shared the big one but they do like to see their own menu just a thought but amazing day thank you
Our escape to paradise
10.0Our stay at heronmead was fantastic so quiet and secluded the Lodge had everything you could wish for going to book again

Perfect for couples.
8.0Very cute, perfect for couples, quiet location nice and relaxed. We went into the hide restaurant/bar and watched “full on” perform they are fab!
− Bed was small (only because we have a big bed at home) pillows could do with an upgrade very thin. Internet didn’t work in the lodge and signal isn’t great so I would check it’s working before you go. I know people will read this and think your on a couples weekend away you don’t need your phone. However my young child is autistic and has a rare condition so I need to be able to have contact incase of emergencies. So unfortunately we had to go out all day on the Saturday just to put my mind at ease

8.0Shame nothing was open, but I knew that before our trip.i did not realise it was so isolated with no foot paths to take you to the local village.

10.0The lodge was very well equipped. Lovely an clean. My husband enjoyed the fishing. The hot tub excellent. The Hide cafe for meals 😋 very tasty value for money.
