10.0Ita and Kadek took excellent care of us during our stay. Every request was taken care of professionally and efficiently. Ita went above and beyond her duties when we had left an impoartant item behind in a taxi, and she quickly helped us arranged to have the item sent to her and shipped back to us. Really thankful for her help.
