In general, it was a well-located hotel, with easy access to everything. The room was clean, and the environment was qui
6.0The location was perfect to reach to downtown by walking and be far from traffic.
− Arriving at 12:30pm after a 9-hour drive, we were exhausted when the receptionist told us that the room wouldn't be ready until 4 pm, unless we paid $75 plus taxes for early access. I have never seen such a policy in any hotel in Europe or the USA. Too tired to argue, my husband just used the unclean lobby restroom and didn't recommend I use it, so we went to a restaurant.
