O apart-hotel é digno de 5 estrelas. Afirmo isso logo após ter me hospedado em um hotel em Maceió que pretende ser 5 estrelas e posso dizer que o quarto do Theotókos Flats está no mesmo nível ou acima. Como é uma construção muito nova, ainda vemos alguns indícios de obra recém feita, com alguns pontos de acabamento ainda precisando ser concluídos, mas nada que prejudique, em absoluto, a estadia. Falo de uma ou outra fiação à mostra ou um plafon sem o encaixe perfeito, nada de mais. Nessa viagem à Serra da Canastra, nos hospedamos em 4 cidades, incluindo Capitólio, e essa, sem dúvidas, foi a MELHOR estadia. Tivemos uma noite de descanso perfeita e restauradora, numa cama hiper confortável, com ótimos travesseiros e lençóis de qualidade. O banheiro contava com amenities como shampoo, condicionador e sabonete corporal. Toalhas macias e também de qualidade. A cozinha era bem equipada e nos surpreendemos positivamente com uma varanda que se torna uma pequena área de serviço, com varal e um tanque. Tudo no apartamento era lindo e de muito bom gosto. Os/as proprietários/as participam diretamente da gestão do negócio e estão presentes no dia a dia, muito atenciosos. Tivemos uma manhã muito agradável na companhia deles/as durante o café, que é simples, mas gostoso, com queijos frescos e bolos quentinhos saídos do forno. A vista do café da manhã no terraço é linda. Indicamos muito essa hospedagem que, para nós, repito, foi a melhor da região.

− Sentimos falta de uma torneira no tanquinho instalado na varanda. A ideia de ter um tanque é maravilhosa! Principalmente para quem está em excursão pela Serra da Canastra ou voltando de passeios por lá. Temos roupas molhadas para lavar e estender e, principalmente, calçados pedindo socorro com a lama das trilhas rs Contudo, sem a torneira, conseguimos apenas deixar nossas sapatilhas aquáticas pegando um vento e o sol da manhã seguinte, e acabamos sujando um pouco o tanque sem poder limpá-lo depois, infelizmente. Temos apenas esse ponto como melhoria. No mais, tudo perfeito!
