10.0Буду оценивать по пунктам от 1 до 10 чтобы те кто читают отзывы могли что-нибудь полезное узнать. 1 - Массимо супер хозяин всегда на связи и помогает в любой момент. 10/10 2 - в квартире есть вся бытовая техника, посуда, кофе машина, стир машина и к ним все необходимые средства. Посудомойки нет 09/10 3-кондиционер (это очень важно в летний период) он есть и он работает очень хорошо даже в экстремально жару, блоки есть ив спальне и в гостинной. 10/10 4-чистота 9/10 5- дополнительно в квартире есть балкон приятный боковой вид на церковь .10/10 6-местоположение в городе очень хорошее мы ходили до центра пешком 1 км все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. . Рядом парк что большой плюс. 10/10 7-Сппльное место 09/10 скрипит.

9.0appartamento a 5' da un supermercato e dal ponte per attraversare il torrente e arrivare in centro (15' per la Pilotta) cucina completa di tutto, camera comoda e bagno con dotazioni indicate - nessuna nota negativa tutto come da inserzione
