10.0Location, room size (Mario put a sofa-bed in our room free of charge so we can sleep in separate beds.) Having complimentary cold water, coffee, and snacks at all times was a nice touch.
− Soundproofing of the room, the bar next to the hotel is being loud until 2 am.

2.0It was clean. The proximity to the city centre and sights.
− Worst value for money stay I have ever had. Incredibly expensive for a small room with shared bathroom. Super noisy bar next door and if you closed the balcony door you felt like suffocating due to the humidity.
