8.0Lovely small apartment in an old building within the beautiful old town. Ideally placed for access to top sights, bars and restaurants.

10.0Great location, within walking distance of all major attractions, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. A nice bonus was the heater in the bathroom, which made the space warm and comfortable. The host was very responsive, replied quickly to messages, and kindly shared recommendations for the best local shops.

9.0Perfect location on the hill of Perugia close to where the escalators from the bus terminal arrive; not far from Minimetro neither. Comfortable apartment that stayed cool even in the summer heat.
− Mind the step down when opening the door to the apartment! That's nothing I didn't like but knowing about it when arriving would be good.

9.0Bellissimo appartamento, molto confortevole e pulito. Adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi. Posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro di Perugia e facilmente raggiungibile. Linda, la proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile.

10.0We stayed in case baldelli la chiostrina for a weekend in perugia. The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location is amazing and is within minutes walk of all Perugia has to offer.
