Comfortable for our needs. We only required a place to rest, have coffee & sleep.

Our stay was wonderful and satisfying despite the small challenges we experienced.
8.0No breakfast was served as we made a self-catering booking. The location was safe, quiet and ideal for a family relaxation during vacation. The property was neat and clean, but could tidiness was needed.
− The entertainment system or television was not working well including Netflix. We could not even view daily news as there were no TV Channels playing. The WIFI connection was also not great, it requires to be upgraded.

− Shortage of towels in the bedroom only bath towels available no small towels.No backup for ironing when electricity is gone
Not too pleasant because of ants and shortage of cooking pots

− Daily cleaning and house keeping facility. Daily change of sheets. More cooking pans and pots. A shaded verandah. Fumigate the house for ants 🐜. Thorough cleaning of the house.

− There are additional hidden costs, e.g, cleaning services for R250, which were not mentioned. Also, there is a deposit fee that keeps on increasing on different platforms . They say 800 on email WhatsApp, they say 1400, and when you want to pay, they say 1500. The deposit they say they will return after 3 working days I have not received my refund to date. This is very wrong. @ booking.com plz help me get my deposit back.

10.0I enjoyed the easy access to the main road and the room sizes, and the dishwasher and washing machine
− There was no aircon, which made it difficult to sleep at night. WiFi is too slow, TV only buffers and plays and gets stuck.
