The villa is spacious and well suited for larger groups. The host was friendly, responsive and genuinely tried to resolve every issue we reported during our stay. We appreciated the good communication and willingness to help.

− We chose this villa as the final stop of our journey through Türkiye, hoping to end our holiday with a relaxing luxury stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations created by the listing or the premium price. The surroundings were much noisier than we expected. Every morning started around 4:00 a.m. with a rooster crowing, followed by barking dogs. During the day there was frequent noise from buses idling nearby and ongoing construction work, making it difficult to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we had hoped for. We also experienced several maintenance and infrastructure issues during our stay. The infinity pool, advertised as one of the property’s main features, was cloudy when we arrived and had to be cleaned after we reported it. On our first day, part of the property’s electrical system lost power due to a tripped circuit breaker, requiring the owner to come and restore it. We also experienced a faulty door handle that locked some of our belongings inside a room, which was repaired after we contacted the host. A few days later, we had a power outage lasting more than four and a half hours. Because of the risk of further outages, we were advised not to park inside the gate, as the electric gate might not open without power. Throughout the villa we noticed many finishing details that did not reflect the standard we expected from a luxury property. There were several examples of untidy finishing work, including uneven joints, paint and grout left on surrounding surfaces, and cracked, bulging tiles behind one of the shower walls. None of these issues made the villa unusable, but together they created an overall impression that the property had not been finished or maintained to the standard expected of a luxury villa. To be fair, the host was always friendly, responsive and genuinely tried to resolve every issue we reported. We truly appreciate his efforts.

The villa was amazing, swimming pool was huge, the kitchen and living room is modern and spacious. AC working in all 5 bedrooms. Wonderful stay. The host was amazing and helpful.

Exceptional villa see you in 2027

We visited Belek to play golf for 7 days, Villa is in an excellent location to access all of the courses. The Villa was exceptional really modern with 5 rooms all with en-suites we only used 3, great living space and kitchen and dining area with free WiFi. Outside terrace with a great sized pool perfect for cooling off after a day on the golf course. The host was incredible answered any message via WhatsApp really quickly and couldn’t of been more accommodating with a couple of requests Bottles of water, coke and a few nibbles on arrival which was greatly appreciated. We will be back in Turkey in 2027 and will definitely be booking the same villa

− due to the seasons and rainfall, the pool could not be utilised, but because we were so close to Land of Legends, it didn't matter for that time of the year.
