Great location, very clean, just disappointed about the confusing communication

− We contacted the property about an early check in, which was not possible which is fine. However, we were told we could drop our luggage off early and when we arrived to do so, there was no where to put our bags and nobody at the property that could help us. We also asked about storing our luggage on the day we checked out but were told there are no storage facilities. Very confusing.
