9.0The pool, the room was very clean.
− The pool had children in it from 8pm which was annoying as my partner and I wanted a relaxing swim together
Our stay was fantastic , the staff were extremely welcoming & friendly .

We as a family really enjoyed our 4-day stay! it was a great experience in Hobart!
10.0The location is splendid like having coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful mountain in front of you. The staff were so quick to address what you are asking for. The most thing we admired was their personalised birthday and anniversary greetings out of their culinary skills on the plate! that was fabulous!!! Thank you very much for your great effort, it was really appreciated!
− It was just the knife that they do not have that we cannot slice a fruit in the morning. But I guess that's not really applicable to their standard rule as a prestigious hotel.
