Daniela est vraiment très gentille et parle plusieurs langues. Pour petit ou grand séjour vous avez vraiment tout. Pour les familles, pas de chaise bébé et la piscine n'est pas privative. Ouverte de 8h jusqu'à 20h. :)

− Le sol aurait pu être un peu plus propre ma fille avait les pieds noir alors qu'on venait d'arriver. Le reste était très clean.

Nice views over lake Como!

The size of the apartment and the nice terrace overlooking the lake from the distance. Bedrooms are generous in size and beds are comfortable, automated velux windows.

− The living room; sofa is too small and very uncomfortable, no TV, and has big dinning table, which does not fit well. They didn't allow us to use the pool, someone from the condominium came and said that rented apartments cannot use the swimming pool and we had to leave. Location is a bit far from the town so you need to use a car.

The flat itself is fine but paying a lot per night should at least give you certain basics for which you should not be asking. .

− We found hairs on the beds. We asked for an iron which took one hour to arrive. When it did arrive the lady noted we had balloons on the terrace and asked me if we are organising a party and expecting more people later. It was my bday and we were four assuming anyone else was coming was really a stupid comment to pass on. The swimming pool is the most bizarre thing in the world as you need to pass through the car park and it's almost impossible to find unless you ask people as no signs. The flat is not well equipped with basic stuff which you should bring with you and shops are driven away with a steep hill so be aware. If you have a bigger car then parking would be impossible it's a right spot

A nice place, good location, good value for money overall

Very nice accomodation, good location and good value for money. The rooms were big and clean. There was a parking spot provided in the residential complex. The wifi was good. We had a few coffee capsules and a bottle of still water waiting for us when we arrived. The view from the terrace was extremely nice and we enjoyed having coffee there in the morning.

− The pool is in a shared area of the complex - we expected it was private from the photos. It was not a big issue, but just be aware of this if you book it. There were 2 problems: we stayed for 6 days/5 nights and only had 1 set of towels/person, it would have been nice to have a change of towels or at least one set for backup in case we needed them. There was also just one bottle of shower gel provided for both bathrooms, and not enough handsoap. We bought those ourselves. There were also just 2 capsules for the dishwasher, quite insufficient for that many people and that many days. However, these were small inconveniences and we solved them quickly. But would strongly recommend at least one extra set of towels if the stay is longer than 2-3 days!
