− SDB plutôt petite. Juste pour information : attention, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car le logement est assez excentré et assez loin à pieds des restaurants et autres commodités.

6.0Große Wohnküche, Küche recht gut ausgestattet mit neuen und großen Töpfen, zum Kochen sehr gut geeignet. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, Personal sehr nett. Toilette geputzt. Kostenlose Seife und in der Dusche Duschgel, Schampoo, Haarspülung.
− Die Wohnung und Anlage haben viel Potential, waren aber leider nicht gut gepflegt. Die Booking-Bewertung von über 9 konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Bei Ankunft war der Fußboden stellenweise klebrig und nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und mit einzelnen Haaren. Beides wurde nach unserer Meldung umgehend behoben – das Personal hat schnell und freundlich reagiert. In der Dusche gab es Schimmel, und das Wasser lief nicht richtig ab. Der helle Teppich war so stark verschmutzt, dass wir ihn zusammenrollen mussten. Die Schlafcouch war stark abgenutzt und durchgelegen und es gab kein passendes Bettlaken dafür. In der Küche fehlten Abtrockentücher und ein Abtropfgitter. Der Pool war verschmutzt und das Wasser roch unangenehm. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und hat auf Beschwerden schnell reagiert. Die Unterkunft bräuchte jedoch eine gründliche Reinigung und Pflege, um dem Preisniveau und der hohen Bewertung gerecht zu werden.
